Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup(s) lightly packed chopped parsley (Italian flat leaf)
3-5 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) chili pepper flakes
2 tablespoon(s) fresh oregano
2 tablespoon(s) shallot or onion
3/4 cup(s) olive oil
3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar (or sherry wine vinegar)
3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice

 Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until well chopped, but not pureed.  Enjoy with a nice medium-rare churrasco steak
