Ingredients

1 loaf(s) French bread, cut in half lengthwise, toasted
1 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, divided
1 cup(s) Tomatoes, chopped & seeded
8 ounce Hearty Italian style shredded cheese

 Brush cut sdurface of bread with oil, place on cookie sheet.

Sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, tomatoes, shredded cheese and remaining parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
