Ingredients

3 racks of baby back ribs
1 cup(s) Spicy rub
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use a spicy rub mix to your taste and rub the ribs with the mixture on both sides. Place each rack in aluminum foil and wrap tightly to insure that the juices stay in the foil while the ribs cook in the oven. Place the ribs in the oven for an hour and fifteen minutes. When you remove the ribs from the oven, save the juices that are in the foil for basting. Turn your gas grill to medium and place the ribs on the grill. Baste and cook for approximately 15 minutes, turn ribs over and baste again for another 15 minutes. Use Smokey Cattlemans BBQ sauce and brush the sauce over the ribs, cook for another 5 minutes or so and turn and do the other side for another 5 minutes. Just before taking the ribs off the grill brush honey on each side just enough to get the honey warm and place the ribs on a plate and cover with aluminum foil Allow ribs to sit for 20 or 30 minutes before serving. This is a tried and true recipe that imparts a wonderful sweet smokey flavor onto the ribs.
Notes:Use Smokey Cattlemans BBQ sauce and Orange Blossom or Tupelo honey for best results.
