Ingredients
6 clove(s) Garlic (Crushed or chopped) |
2 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil |
1 - 64 ounce Can of chicken broth |
1/2 cup(s) Grated cheese |
2 Eggs ( beaten) |
1/3 box(s) Egg Pastina |
Instructions
In a large pan, sautee garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add pastene and and keep on low boil for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Add grated cheese to beaten eggs. When broth has completed cooking add the egg/cheese mixture. Mix well and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
