For Bowl |
6 ounce shushi-grade ahi tuna |
1/4 cup(s) untoasted black and white sesame seeds |
1 cup(s) cooked basmanti rice, blended with chopped cilantro |
6 tablespoon(s) fruit salsa |
1 avocado, quartered |
crispy wontons |
julienned carrots |
Instructions
1 - Make fruit salsa by tossing ingredients together in a bowl. 2 - Coat tuna in sesame seeds. Lightly sear, slice and then assemble on a plate with rice, salsa, and avocado. Garnish with cilantro, wontons and carrots. Serve with soy our chili-garlic sauce. |
