Ingredients

2 cup(s) rice
2 cup(s) black beans, drained
1/4 cup(s) fresh lime juice
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
1-1/2 cup(s) cilantro
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 cup(s) onions
salt and pepper to taste
Mix rice, beans and cilantro together. whisk oil, lime juice, onion and garlic together. Pour over rice mixture and mix well Refrigerate a few hours or overnight
