Ingredients

2-3 tablespoon(s) butter
4-5 clove(s) garlic, sliced thin (not minced)
1 pound(s) shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1/3 cup(s) sherry or other white wine
3 hot cherry peppers, cut into bit size pieces
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley

In large skillet, melt butter over med-high heat, add garlic slices and saute until just turning golden (careful not to burn!), remove from skillet and hold.  Add shrimp to skillet, cook about 2-3 minutes, turn, add wine, cook another 1-2 minutes to cook off the alcohol and shrimp should be just about cooked.  Add lemon juice and hot peppers, toss.  Garnish w/ parsley and reserved slices.

Notes:Serve with crusty bread or rice - YUM!
